As part of our core commercial team, you will take control of our customer success management and maximise customer growth. You’ll need to be a problem solver and have excellent people and organisational skills to be successful. Most importantly, you’ll need to fit easily into our open and transparent team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer stakeholder management
  • Learn the ins and outs of each of your accounts and take ownership of these relationships on a proactive basis
  • Identify growth opportunities and maintain long-term account health and relationships
  • Handle challenging customers and/or situations and suggest possible solutions
  • Drive product adoption and share best practices
  • Manage payment processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (we use HubSpot)
  • Software used in this role includes Slack, Monday.com, and GSuite

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success Management (CSM)
  • Required: 3+ years experience in digital audio
  • Additional experience in (display) AdTech, mobile gaming, or startups is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Have in-depth knowledge of SDKs and integrations in mobile
  • Have experience in building a team (2-3 people)
  • Multi-tasker who demonstrates sound judgment
  • Process-oriented with a knack for creative problem solving
  • Enjoy building long term partnerships to influence prospects and customers successfully
  • Have a can-do attitude, happy to take on new challenges, such as supporting BD efforts
  • Natural team player, comfortable working with different opinions and stakeholders

Salary

45,000-55,000 per year (based on experience) plus bonus
